PAREF extends the SQVT to 2 weeks: an initiative in favor of well-being at work

At PAREF, we are dedicated to providing our employees with a healthy and fulfilling work environment. 

In this spirit, we have decided to give a new dimension to our Quality of Life at Work (SQVT) approach by extending it over a period of two weeks. This initiative aims to promote the physical, mental and social well-being of our employees, and to strengthen cohesion and motivation within our company.

Sporting and committed activities 

During these enriching 15 days, we proposed several activities to encourage our employees to take care of themselves. One of our key initiatives was the participation of 15 of our Parefners in the “Foulées de l’Immobilier”, a charity race. Their commitment has shown how much sport can foster cohesion and motivation within our team.

Annual gathering and relaxation

The Garden Party, one of our popular annual events, brought all employees together in a relaxed atmosphere after work. In June, our employees met for an evening, thus strengthening the links between the teams in a friendly setting.

Varied physical activity program

In partnership with United Heroes, we have implemented a varied physical activity program for our employees. Yoga, pilates, cardio boxing and muscle strengthening sessions were offered, allowing our athletes to recharge their batteries and regain positive energy.

Health and Wellness Webinars

As part of our commitment to well-being, we hosted four webinars focusing on the health and well-being of our employees. These webinars covered topics such as balanced nutrition and the keys to restful sleep, providing valuable information to improve everyone’s quality of life.

At PAREF, we believe that the well-being of our employees is essential to ensure their personal and professional development. By extending our SQVT approach to two weeks, we have created an environment conducive to the physical, mental and social well-being of our employees. We will continue to bring to life new initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life and working conditions of our employees.
