Group PAREF recognised by EPRA for the quality of its financial and extra-financial reporting
PAREF, a leading European real estate asset manager for over 30 years, has once again been recognised by EPRA. The Group retains its Gold-level BPR Award for the 8th consecutive year, alongside its Silver-level sBPR Award for the 3rd consecutive year.
Gold level maintained for 8 years running
The BPR (Best Practices Recommendations) Award recognises the quality of financial reporting practices. Having secured this distinction for the 8th consecutive year, PAREF demonstrates its ongoing commitment to providing the market with clear, reliable and transparent information. Of the 163 companies assessed by EPRA this year, only 91 reached this level.
Silver level confirmed for extra-financial reporting
PAREF has also been awarded, for the 3rd consecutive year, a Silver-level sBPR (Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations) Award. This distinction reflects a high level of adherence to the sBPR framework, assessed across 28 environmental, social and governance performance indicators, and confirms the positive trajectory the Group has pursued for several years.
