With the construction sector responsible for 39% of the world’s carbon emissions, the role of real estate in the climate transition is crucial and a matter of real urgency. After careful consideration of the importance and necessity of a responsible approach as a 360° real estate player, the PAREF Group has implemented the ESG strategy “Create MORE”, which is fully in line with the Group’s strategy and supports growth and value creation for customers, shareholders and stakeholders.
