ANTOINE CASTRO

CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Antoine Castro was previously Director and Head of European Investments and Private Equity and Head of Investments and Real Estate Management at the European level of Fosun Hive between 2014 and 2017. He previously held the position of Head of the Real Estate Division of Quantum Global Real Estate from 2012 to 2014 and in this context launched real estate activities to globally develop the investments of the Angolan sovereign wealth fund. As Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Real Estate from 2004 to 2011, he led numerous first-rate transactions relating to financing operations in favor of the acquisition of large portfolios of assets, listed companies, real estate funds , buildings and development companies. Previously, he worked from 1999 to 2004 for Archon Group (a Goldman Sachs company) in France and Italy. Antoine Castro holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Panthéon Sorbonne University (Paris I) in 1997 and a DESS in Corporate Finance from the University of Évry-Val-d'Essonne in 1998.

HUBERT LÉVY-LAMBERT

HONORARY PRESIDENT

Hubert Levy-Lambert created PAREF Gestion (formerly Sopargem) in 1991 and then in 2005, carried out the IPO of PAREF on the stock market. He served as Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Management Board, and then Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Before structuring the PAREF group, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Caisse Centrale de Crédit Immobilier, Project Director at Banque Indosuez then at Société Générale, Managing Director of Ficofrance, Deputy Director of Société Générale , Deputy Director in the Department of Forecasting, rapporteur within the Planning Commission and head of mission at the Commune of Saharan Regions. Hubert Levy-Lambert is a graduate of the École Polytechnique (1953), the École des Mines (1955) and an HEC MBA (1962).

Mingtao Liu is currently serving as Fosun Global Partner, Co-Chairman of Fosun Hive Overseas, and CEO of Fosun UK at Fosun Group. He joined Fosun in 2011 where He held key positions within Fosun including Head of Fosun Property Europe and Head of Fosun Property Hong Kong where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen. During this time, he played a pivotal role in building Fosun’s global Real Estate portfolio, contributing to the company’s growth and success in the industry. Prior to his association with Fosun, Mingtao served as the Head of Real Estate for HNA Group East China. This experience further honed his expertise in the Real Estate sector and broadened his understanding of the industry. Mingtao holds a bachelor’s degree in Automation Science & Engineering from South China University of Technology. He pursued an MBA in Finance from the prestigious Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2012.

GUANGHUI QI

DIRECTOR, MEMBER OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE AND OF THE APPOINTMENTS AND REMUNERATION COMMITTEE

Guanghui Qi joined Fosun in 2020, serving as Fosun Hive Partner, Deputy Chief Human Officer of Fosun and Chief Human Officer of Fosun Hive Overseas. He has gained extensive experience in leadership roles, spanning the topics of talent development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and inclusion and diversity. Guanghui worked for Leyou Tourism Group as Vice President and Director of Human Resources. Guanghui holds a bachelor's degree in economics and international business from Xi'an University of International Studies and a master's degree in business administration from BI Norwegian Business School and Fudan University.

MICHAELA ROBERT

INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR, PRESIDENT OF THE NOMINATION AND REMUNERATION

Michaela Robert is Managing Director at Eastdil Secured. She is a founding partner of Finae Advisors, an independent real estate finance consulting firm created in 2009. Michaela Robert previously worked for 10 years as a lawyer in real estate law and structured finance in international law firms. In 2005, she joined the real estate investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley as Finance Director. Responsible for the financing of all the investments made by the different funds in France, Spain and Benelux, this experience allowed her to build a solid banking network and to acquire an in-depth knowledge of financing issues. Michaela Robert holds a Master's degree in Management from the University of Paris Dauphine, a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Nanterre, and a diploma from the Hauts-de-Seine Bar School.

DIETRICH HEIDTMANN

INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR, PRESIDENT OF THE AUDIT COMMITTEE AND MEMBER OF THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

Dietrich Heidtmann joined GTIS Partners in 2014 as Director and opened the GTIS office in Paris. He is responsible for activities related to international capital. He has 26 years of experience in capital markets, including 12 years in the private markets specializing in real estate. Before joining GTIS, he worked as Head of Investor & Capital Markets Relations for AXA Real Estate and was a member of the Executive Committee. Previously, Dietrich Heidtmann worked for 20 years for Morgan Stanley as Director, Head of Private Real Estate Capital Markets for Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia Pacific. Dietrich Heidtmann graduated from Mannheim University in 1988 with an MBA (Diplomkaufmann).

VALERIE GUILLEN

INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Valérie Guillen has been Managing Director at Chestone Capital since 2019, after having been President of Emerige Capital, a management company created and licensed in 2016. From 2009 to 2015, she was Director of Institutional Real Estate Development at La Française REM, after having served as Director of Investments and Arbitrages in commercial real estate in 2007 and 2008. Previously, Valérie Guillen was President of SIIC Foncière Massena (2004-2007) and President of Masséna Property (2000-2007). Valérie Guillen holds a Master's degree in Management and a DESS (post-graduate diploma) in Corporate Finance n°255 (Paris IX Dauphine).

FUMIHIKO NIWA

Fumihiko Niwa joined IDERA in 2021, acting as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Finance Officer. He is concurrently Chief Finance Officer of Fosun Hive Overseas. He has over 30 years of work experience in finance and accounting fields as well as corporate restructuring at multiple international companies. Mr. Niwa gained his experience in KPMG US, Goldman Sachs Realty Japan, Aetos Jpan, Morgan Stanley Capital and Accordia Golf He has a BA degree in Accounting from Chapman University in the U.S.

PENGPENG SIA

DIRECTOR, MEMBER OF THE ESG COMMITTEE

Peng Peng Sia joined Fosun in 2021, as Chief Portfolio Officer and Global Head of Asset Management, with expertise in asset management, investment, project management and environmental, social and governance practices ( ESG) in the real estate industry. She has over 20 years of experience in the Far East and within Keppel Group/Alpha Capital, with market coverage spanning Europe and Asia. Peng Peng Sia holds a Master's degree in Land Economics from the University of Cambridge, a Bachelor's degree in Property Management from the University of Ulster and an Advanced Diploma in Property Management from the Singapore Polytechnic, where she was the best student in her class. 

The Anjou Saint Honoré Company

DIRECTOR

The Anjou Saint Honoré company is represented by Mr. Mark Goh, a Singaporean national, vice-president of Singapore Telecommunications LTD in Singapore and head of the real estate team in charge of developing the portfolio of this important telecommunications group. Mr. Mark Goh has more than 20 years of professional experience, more than half of which in real estate activities. Mr. Mark Goh has a Masters in Architecture from Columbia University.
