The birth of a company committed to real estate
Sopargem is incorporated and later renamed PAREF Gestion in order to provide our clients with our savoir-faire and expertise. Creation of SCPI Propierre.
SCPI Management Company licence obtained
PAREF Gestion / Sopargem is approved as ‘SCPI Management Company’, first recognition of our commitment to improving performance and dynamism in our clients' investments.
Launch of the first value SCPI on the market
We launch SCPI Pierre 48, the first Value SCPI on the market, with the idea to generate long-term capital gains.
The SCPI Pierre 48 specialises in residential real estate subject to the 1948 law and substitutes (life annuity, bare ownership, etc.), located mainly in Paris.
PAREF is born, committed to multi-sector expertise
With in-house skills and expertise, and a strong desire to diversify our activities, we creat PAREF (Paris Realty Fund), an SCA specialising in multi-sector real estate investment.
Launch of SCPI Novapierre 1, specialised in commercial real estate
By capitalising on our savoir-faire acquired from our other SCPI we launch SCPI Novapierre 1, specialising in commercial real estate. The SCPI’s assets are located throughout France.
Listing on Euronext, a new dimension
By listing PAREF on Euronext Paris, PAREF Group enters a new dimension and opts for the SIIC status (Listed Real Estate Investment Companies).
SCPI Propierre becomes Interpierre France
SCPI Propierre is renamed Interpierre France and specializes in commercial real estate.
A new era begins: PAREF Gestion is approved by the AMF
PAREF Gestion obtains its licence as a portfolio management company (SGP) from AMF and the creation of OPPCI Vivapierre fund further diversifies managed products.
Recognised savoir-faire

Launch of SCPI Novapierre Allemagne, the first SCPI in the market to invest abroad
We innovate by launching the first SCPI invested in Germany: Novapierre Allemagne, specialising in commercial real estate. Alongside this, we creat a new OPPCI: Boétie 54.
SCPI Atlantique Pierre 1 confirms our reputation
We are selected as the portfolio management company to manage SCPI Atlantique Pierre 1, confirming our expertise in real estate management.
Fosun becomes the main shareholder, accelerating PAREF Group's international expansion
We receive decisive support from the international group Fosun, which becomes the majority shareholder of PAREF, giving us an international dimension.
Accelerating growth
By carrying out an oversubscribed capital increase of €17 million, we accelerate our development. A new solution is offered to our partners and investors on the basis of three pillars (own-account management with PAREF SIIC, for individual investors through PAREF Gestion and for institutional investors through PAREF Investment Management) with integrated teams that operate in synergy.
Acquisition of the Franklin Tower
In September 2019, we finalized the acquisition of 6 floors in Franklin Tower located in La Défense (Greater Paris). This acquisition is the demonstration of the SIIC's new strategy, namely the progressive growth in the value of the real estate assets held by the company PAREF with a proactive management allowing the repositioning on assets of significant size and mainly located in the Greater Paris area.
The new SCPI Interpierre Europe Centrale is launched
This fund targets office and business premises assets located mainly in Poland but also in the Czech Republic and Hungary. By targeting Central Europe, the SCPI wishes to benefit from the virtuous circle that characterizes the economies of these countries.
Opening of an office in Frankfurt - Germany
With its international expertise with offices in Zurich and Milan, the PAREF Group is accelerating its growth with the opening of a branch of PAREF Investment Management in Frankfurt.
PAREF Investment Management Gmbh aims to manage assets on behalf of third parties.

Antoine Castro
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer - PAREF GROUP
Antoine Castro has more than 20 years' experience in property management.
After starting his career as a portfolio manager, he progressed to senior management positions in international companies such as Morgan Stanley Real Estate, Quantum Global Real Estate and Fosun Hive Holding.
Antoine is Chairman and CEO of PAREF. He joined the PAREF group in 2017 as Managing Director in order to stimulate a new dynamic. In 2022, the Board of Directors appointed him Chairman in order to strengthen the responsiveness and effectiveness of the group's strategic management in Europe and internationally.
Antoine graduated in Finance from the University Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I) and in Corporate Finance from the University of Evry-Val-d'Essonne.

Anne Schwartz
CEO - PAREF GESTION
Managing Director of PAREF Gestion, Anne Schwartz has more than 20 years of expertise in real estate markets.
Anne begins her career in asset management before occupying various positions in real estate development and fund management, mainly as Deputy Managing Director at AXA REIM SGP and member of the executive committee of AXA IM Real Assets executive committee.
Anne joins PAREF Gestion in 2019, where she leads the development of the structure in France and Europe.
Anne is a graduate from ESLSCA Business School Paris and holds a Master's degree in real estate from the University of Paris-Est Créteil, specializing in construction economics and real estate activities.

Jia Wang
Group Deputy CFO
Jia started her career in 2011 at Schneider Electric in internal audit and financial controlling.
In 2017, she joined PAREF Group, where she led various subjects, such as financing, financial controlling and financial communication. She is a major strength for the Group thanks to her profound understanding of the Group’s financial challenges at stake and its ecosystem.
Jia is a graduate in management from HEC Paris and holds a double degree from CEMS (Master in International Management).

Azzdine GUECHI
Group Real Estate Director
Group Real Estate Director, Azzdine Guechi has more than 12 years of expertise in real estate investment and asset management.
Azzdine Guechi held several positions at COVIVO where he began his career as an Analyst. In particular, he was responsible for various teams within its subsidiaries before becoming Manager of the Offices France portfolio.
Azzdine joined PAREF in 2021 as Director of Asset Management in order to contribute to the acceleration of the Group's development.

Lydia Garcia-Behr
GROUP GENERAL COUNSEL
Group General Counsel, Lydia Garcia-Behr benefits from more than 20 years of experience in real estate law.
She spends most of her career at AXA REIM France and AXA IM Real Assets as Head of Legal within the Asset Management department and then Head of Legal Corporate Affairs and Transversal Projects.
Lydia joins the PAREF Group in 2018 as Group General Counsel, implementing the legal strategy across all company's activities, in France and internationally.
A graduate of Paris-X Nanterre University, Lydia holds a DEA in private law, with a specialization in contract law, real estate, securities and banking law.

Sophie xianyu
COO Group
Chief Operating Officer, Sophie Xianyu begins her career as a construction engineer and holds various project manager positions at Geoxia and Printemps before evolving as AMO Project Manager at JLL.
She subsequently joins PAREF as project manager and then COO, where she contributes to the implementation of the group’s strategy in terms of land planning and development.
Sophie is a UCLA graduate, from which she holds an MSc in Civil Engineering and Structure. She also holds a diploma from the Special School of Public Works, Building and Industry (ESTP).

Audrey GENOVESE
GROUP HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
Audrey Genovese has over 7 years’ experience in human resources.
She begins her career at Salvatore Ferragamo before joining Tory Burch, where she evolves in a challenging and international environment.
Audrey joins PAREF Group in 2018, with the goal to develop the HR strategy to match the Group's ambitions. Among her many missions, Audrey oversees the Group’s recruitment processes as well as skills development and talent retention programme.
Audrey is a graduate of IAE Business School Paris in Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility.
