Within the Funds & Investment Management department, you will assist the Funds & Investment Managers in their daily tasks.

Missions :

• Analysis of acquisition opportunities for the various SCPIs (analysis of the quality of the asset, its situation on the market, operational impacts) on all classes of real estate assets

• Valuation of assets through financial modeling and comparable transactions

• Realization of market studies (collection of relevant information, analysis and synthesis)

• Assistance in drafting investment materials for the investment committee

• Assistance with the drafting of media for the various funds such as Quarterly Information Bulletins, Annual Reports or even presentation media for investors

Candidate profile:

• Higher education bac+5 of Grande Ecole type or Master specialized in Real Estate

• Very good knowledge of the office pack

• Rigour, precision, analytical skills, team spirit, motivation and enthusiasm
