We own the office building at 30, rue Victor Hugo in Levallois-Perret. In 2016, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, we acquired a building at the corner of Rue Léon Frot and Cité Beauharnais, near Boulevard Voltaire and the Rue des Boulets metro station. The building is perfectly integrated into the district, and participates in its life with a food store located on the ground floor. It consists of 2,091 m² of functional spaces, occupied by several tenants.

In 2015, we acquired an office building named “9 rue de Verdun” which benefits from an exceptional geographical position. Located on the border between Paris and Gentilly, it is both close to public transport, the Grand Paris Express and main roads (the A6 motorway), and offers the tenant convenient and easy access. Ideally located within an established and recognized tertiary sector welcoming many national and international renowned companies.
HOTEL AND THERMAL RESIDENCE
We wanted to make the most of the tourist attractions of the city of Dax which, with more than 60,000 curists per year, is the leading spa resort in France. This is why in the summer of 2007 we acquired a hotel complex located 100 meters from the historic city center and close to shops. Operated by the operator Thermadour, the complex consists of a 3-star hotel (the Grand Hotel, 128 rooms and 65 apartments), a 2-star hotel (the Hotel Regina, 85 rooms and 20 studios), a residence (Résidence Régina, 65 apartments), a restaurant, a bar and areas dedicated to well-being and health with swimming pools and treatment rooms.

In 2007, we invested in a 15,000 m² spa complex which combines quality of care and the beauty of its natural environment. Indeed, the whole is located in the heart of town, facing Lake Christus, in the immediate vicinity of the casino and an aquatic fitness center. Operated by the operator Thermadour, our asset consists of a 3-star hotel with 169 rooms and 80 studios, a restaurant, a bar, and above all a space dedicated to well-being and relaxation. health, composed of swimming pools and treatment rooms.
LOGISTICS WAREHOUSE AND ACTIVITY OFFICE
