PAREF Group announces the appointment of Azzdine GUECHI as Group Real Estate Director.
Azzdine GUECHI, 36, joined PAREF Group in 2021 as Asset Management Director in Anne GILLET-FEILLON's team.
In his new position, he will join the Executive Committee and will report directly to Antoine CASTRO. As such, Azzdine will be responsible for the management and steering of the group's Asset Management, Property Management, Property accounting, and Technical Services. Under his leadership, the Real Estate division will support PAREF's growth ambitions by offering Real Estate services not only for the group's own portfolios but also for third parties.
