Wednesday, November 9, 9:30 a.m., welcome of the first collaborators around a breakfast, a convivial moment of exchanges between the 16 new Parefners and the 6 speakers.
Our new talents then played the game of anecdote contest during an icebreaker where the objective was to find out if the stories were true or false. This was an opportunity to get to know each other better... We now know that a tennis champion is hiding among us!
As soon as our employees had no more secrets for each other, our speakers presented the values of our company: Diversity, Proactivity, Commitment, Agility. These are values shared by PAREF employees and are anchored in our DNA.
This was followed by an overview of the group, departments and how the teams work together on a daily basis!
