Anne Schwartz appointed Managing Director of PAREF Gestion
Strengthening of fund management teams

Anne Schwartz has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of PAREF Gestion, a subsidiary of the PAREF Group, replacing Gilles Chamignon, as of June 28, 2019.

Anne Schwartz, 48, began her career in asset management before holding various positions in real estate development and fund management, mainly at AXA Real Estate where she notably became Deputy Managing Director of AXA REIM SGP, member of the executive committee of AXA IM Real Assets and in charge of managing various portfolios on behalf of third parties. Anne Schwartz is a graduate of ESLSCA and has a master's degree in real estate, construction economics and real estate activities from the University of Paris-Est Créteil.

Furthermore, PAREF Gestion is strengthening its management teams with the arrival of Rémi Juzanx as Fund & Investment Manager.

Rémi Juzanx, 32, began his career at Unibail-Rodamco in management control before joining Klépierre's financial communications department. He was later appointed operations manager and then investment manager for portfolios in Europe. Rémi Juzanx is a graduate of ESSEC.
