Following significant valuation work carried out by the management teams, the PAREF Group, through its JV with GA Smart Building, finalized the sale – on March 28 – of the office building “Le Gaïa to Canadian Property Inovalis REIT.
This real estate complex, developed in co-promotion by GA Smart Building and PAREF, is located in Nanterre, in the heart of the Bergères eco-district, near the hub of La Défense and immediate access to transport, shops and services.
Designed by the architectural firm "Ateliers 115", this building of more than 11,000 m² offers a neat and pleasant setting with a refined and design decoration, using in particular noble materials such as wood, glass and steel. .
